Nov-02 it is especially meaningful during this time, to count blessings instead of calories, to give thanks for the many people on this earth who have touched our lives and lifted our spirits and to tell each of you just how much your dignity and support has inspired me and encouraged me. thank you for all you do for me and my family. much love, joan, stan, allison & mitchell
Nov-02 Four years ago I discovered my medical problems were due to Parkinson's disease. The only ones I had been acquainted with who had PD before then were persons who were very much affected and very limited in motion. I felt lost...but then I found PLWP. It was Peggy Willocks whom I first met, and she was an angel sent from God. She introduced me to PLWP, and I found here friends who truly care and stick with you. Thank you to Brenda and Nan for creating this organization and to the members who so quickly share themselves with us when needed!! Peace and love at Thanksgiving...David R. Vaughn
Nov-02 Typically I'm quiet and just read and surf. I want to tell each of you here that write both on PLWP and the Mass General Forum how thankful I am for you. You help me more than you know. The Quiet One
Nov-02 Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. Also I want to give thanks for all those who inspire me with the way they handle what life has offered. I just spent three days at Myrtle Beach with some very special people. I'd like to thank Nan, Tom, Beth, Cliff, Greg, AJ, Kara and Angie and of course Bren. What a great time. Hope more get to enjoy this trip next year, wherever it is. Lots of love, Happy Thanksgiving. Gary T. (GMTUCK@AOL.COM)

Nov-02 To Everyone at PLWP - Wishing you a warm and cozy Thanksgiving. From here in Cotati, which is Miwok Indian for "home of the cool accordian festival," the frost is on its way. It snowed last year so the next snowfall is not due for another 47 years. So while we wait, we will feast with friends, try to stay dry, and hold you all close in our hearts.
