The Canadian Connection

December is upon us and with that the Christmas season. This is generally a time for people to spend more time with family, collect their thoughts about their year, gather together to enjoy one another's company, listen and perhaps join in singing, those traditional Christmas songs we all know and love.... Christmas is a blessed time and I wish all of you a safe and wonderful Christmas. I am happy to tell you that the third annual Bridging the Borders conference date has officially been set. It will be held on the weekend of March 22, 23 and 24th 2002, at a still to be determined conference centre in the Greater Toronto Area. The theme is "Hope Springs Eternal" with topics such as alternative therapies, journal writing, water fitness and many other ideas on the agenda. We will finalize the discussions at a later date and keep you informed.

Hope is a key ingredient in keeping healthy no matter who you might be. Whether you have Parkinsons Disease, cancer, diabetes or any other chronic illness it is quite evident that hope is a major player in keeping strong and mentally fit. It is our hope that you will find this conference informative, fun and stimulating and that you will go away with a new spring in your step and a lighter heart.
Hope to see you there....
